Our client is an established Technology firm currently seeking a Vice President of People reporting directly to and working closely with the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership team. The organization is uniquely positioned with long term secured revenue and is currently expanding into new adjacent markets. Having undergone a transformation the HR function is positioned for further advancement and sophistication.
You will be responsible for designing and driving the People strategy and working closely with the business and Leadership team on achieving their objectives. The position has a team of four and will focus on advancing the capability of the function to provide an even stronger partnership and support to the business. You will be a key advisor to the CEO and will provide coaching and development to the Executive Leadership team. Beyond developing a robust HR foundation key areas of focus will include Talent Management, Engagement and developing a unified culture.
To be successful in this role we are looking for a People Leader experienced advising and partnering with a high calibre business leader who has managed at least a small HR team and enjoys really engaging with business stakeholders to drive results. You will be a commercially focused HR professional, demonstrate executive presence and thrive operating as true business partner working at a strategic and operational level.
