About our Client
We are delighted to partner with a leading player in the technology space. As their footprint continues to grow in Asia, the organisation is keen to further develop their talent team's capabilities and hence, we are recruiting for a Talent Development Manager.
Reporting to the Talent Director, the Talent Development Manager will be work closely with the leadership team to drive the regional leadership and talent strategy, resulting in greater depth, breadth and functional excellence of the company's talent pipeline across their business units in Asia. This includes conceptualization, design and implementation of talent methodology and programs to develop well rounded leaders and/or business leads, as well as to build a performance-driven culture.
The Successful Applicant
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of leadership or talent development experience including prior experience in a consulting capacity and/or as an executive coach. You are able to critically identify key gaps in talent and provide the necessary recommendations in highly matrix organisation, including the ability to customize talent programs or develop new programs from scratch. You must be prepared to be both hands-on and strategic, and you should work well under pressure and across multiple time zones.
