Our Client, a medical support organization based in the metro-DC area, is looking for a VP of Human Resources Consultant. This position will start out as a contract assignment and you will be responsible for leading strategic HR projects for the organization such as updating their PTO policies, making changes to their compensation plans, and driving employee engagement. You will be managing a team of 4 HR personnel who will assist you with the day-to-day HR administration.
You should have 10+ years of hands-on, tactical Human Resources experience and should have knowledge and experience with multi location healthcare. A bachelor's degree is required.
