This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to manage the people strategy of a key APAC business unit in this market leading, global financial services business.
A well established European financial services business that is seen as a market leader and renowned as a key innovator in their sector.
An end to end HRBP role covering all aspects of HR with a particularly focus on talent management and development. Partnering closely with the regional head of the BU this HRBP will be a trusted adviser on all operational and strategic people issues and will be expected to take the lead in identifying areas of focus and delivering change.
As a VP HRBP this individual will be seen as a senior member of the wider HR team and look to take the lead on upcoming projects and roll outs.
8+ years HR Business partnering experience with an international financial services business.
Proven HR generalist experience and keen to take ownership of end to end HR activities
Confident communicator and have a background in operating as a trusted advisor to commercial business heads.
Salary - SGD$170,000 - $200,000 + Bonus
