Reporting into the Global Head of HR this hire is being made with future sucession planning in mind.

As part of the senior leadership team this is a business critical HR Business Partner role with direct involvement in all of the HR activities and processes withing the business. Sitting at group level and part of the senior leadership team you will strategically partner with the managers in the planning and execution of the people strategy.
With a decentralised model the VP HRBP will help to roll out practicies in country and will be be the lead Business Partner on projects.
Translating business strategy into HR plans and activities in line with company values, HR policies and service delivery model, strategic objectives and processes.
With Talent being a key focus this HRBP will support the management in developing the organization and employees to meet business needs, particularly around talent management, performance management, succession planning and competence development.
With existing JV partners and planned growth through acquisition in the region, there will be an opportunity to be an integral part of integration and transformational HR practices in the future.
This is very much a strategic HR Business Partner role that will continue to evolve and will be a challening but highly rewarding and engaging opportunity.
A highly knowledgeable HR Business Partner with at least 15 years HR leadership experience with a leading MNC in the manufacturing/engineering sector.
Must be a tenacious operator, able to build credibity and be an engaging communicator who can engender trusted relationships with senior leaders as well as shop floor staff.
Highly qualified with exceptional technical HR capability.
Team leadership experience
Asia emerging markets experience
Ideally have led major transformation projects including mergers & acquisitions
A stable and progressive career history
Salary - SGD$200,000 - $230,000 + Significant Bonus and Benfits
