Our client is a leading global multinational brand within the financial services sector in Dubai. Our client is currently looking to hire a Training and Development Manager within their reputable organisation.
Reporting into the Regional Head of Talent & Development, you shall be responsible for the training and development of their sales and customer service call centre.
You shall be responsible for delivering engaging training events and learning solutions using all mediums including in-class, e-learning, virtual facilitation, and blended techniques. Support the development and implementation of employee's Personal Development Plans. This entails working with individuals, teams, and functional units to analyse performance gaps and deliver learning solutions that impact critical business needs.
In addition, this position will also include areas of leadership development, talent management and project management of change initiatives within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong track record (5 - 10 years) in facilitating and developing training programmes for sales professionals within a call centre environment.
- Will have managed change programs within their current organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience ideally within the financial services sector.
