Frazer Jones are partnered exclusively with a global financial services business in the build out of their talent acquisition function. We have multiple opportunities within this growing team to partner with the business on attracting top talent to the business. This particular position will be responsible for hiring technology talent into the business.
Offering exposure to the full recruitment cycle, as a talent acquisition business partner you will be responsible for:
- Strategy and planning around candidate attraction and development
- Policy, process and procedures around end to end recruitment
- Delivering quality service to customers (potential hires) and client groups within the business
- Technical performance across sourcing, reporting and research
- Ad hoc projects
- Experience in talent acquisition in financial services, either in house, RPO or agency
- Experience in recruitment within Technology is a must
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requisitions at a time
- Client-centric approach to delivering top level service internally and externally
