I'm delighted to be working on a new permanent Talent Acquisition Partner role with a world leading software company based in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an in-house recruiter to join a growing global business where you'll have the opportunity to recruit internationally. In this role you will look after their full cycle recruitment across EMEA (circa 10-20 roles at a time). A high proportion of these roles are technical (e.g. software engineers) but you will also support on wider head office roles including sales, legal and finance.
In this role you will also have the opportunity to work on process improvement, EVP and marketing initiatives. The organisation is looking for someone with a fresh pair of eyes to come in and improve their processes, branding and careers website. You'll really have the opportunity to put your stamp on this role!
You will be working in a lateral recruitment team of 2, with the support of a Recruitment Administrator and the business also has a team that focus on graduate recruitment.
The business is open in terms of sector, but technology recruitment experience in probably essential in order to hit the ground running. In terms of personality they are looking for someone energetic, ambitious and who is a great relationship builder!
Location: North London - rail links from Central London and parking onsite.
Salary: £50-60,000 + Benefits
