Our Westchester County-based client, a non-profit consumer research organization, is seeking a Technical/Data Science Recruiter to manage ~10-15 ongoing unique requisitions largely in the data science space, with some reach to more traditional tech recruiting and some occasional corporate functions recruitment. The ideal candidate will be a full life cycle recruiter who comes to work with intellectual curiosity, ready to solve problems, has the HR chops to coach and counsel managers who aren't interviewing well, articulate the interview process and assign each interviewer an area to cover, is able to chase down managers who aren't responding and leverage HRBPs to support or close the requisition, researches terms with which they are unfamiliar, develops a proactive pipeline of talent, and takes a research-centric approach to candidate sourcing. 5+ years of experience in technical or data science recruitment is required. The location of the company is ideal for anyone living in Westchester or Fairfield Counties, but is also reverse commutable via an employee shuttle from the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
