Our client, an exciting 400 person fintech firm in midtown west, is looking for a strong and innovative tech recruiter to serve in a contract capacity for 6 months or more as they build out their tech recruitment strategy. The ideal hire will be inovative, strategic, and hands on TA professional. With a focus on the US, you will be tasked with identifying talent in the tech space (largely software developers) while building out strategy to staff up growth offices in the northeast, streamline hiring process, enhance branding and address the challenges of hiring managers while driving down agency spend. You could not ask for a better team or brighter people to work alongside.Their ideal candidate will come from similar high tech industries or finance/fintech and possess both very hand on sourcing of software developers and some recruitment strategy. It's a unique chance for an individual with a dynamic presence and strong tech recruitment experience to move the needle from a talent perspective. Full time contract with flexible hours and occasional remote working opportunities.
Some travel may be required for staffing the new development office.
