My client, a leading software company specialising in Data Analytics, are seeking an experienced recruiter that can work across a variety of roles including; tech, sales, marketing & finance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working across International roles.
The ideal candidate will be able to utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. Effectively Map technology companies across EMEA, identifying top talent from competitors. Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases. Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and/or email and pre-screen potential candidates. You will also need to be able to partner with internal stake holders to fully understand requirements and to ensure a full candidate experience.
Experience of talent sourcing across EMEA, within a software or technology business as well as European language skills would be of benefit. You must be comfortable on the phone and able to easily build relationships. A combination of agency and in-house experience would also be an advantage.
