They are seeking an experienced and talented Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead a team of 5 to 6 recruiters.
Your tasks & responsibilities
* Define and implement the strategy for talent acquisition
* Align the operations of talent acquisition with the organizational strategy and goals.
* Advise on the best hiring strategy Provide excellent candidate experience and design and implement potential improvements
* Communicate, select, and negotiate with recruitment agencies to support in-house recruitment operations.
Skills & Experience
* Several years of recruitment and leadership experience
* Track record of improving recruitment processes, optimizing candidate experience, improving direct hire/fill rates, improving onboarding experiences and then building internal talent pipelines
* Desire to work in a goal-oriented company
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to collaborate and work with team members from different seniority levels
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partners
* Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
* Ability to work autonomously
