Our client is a well-positioned young technology firm with a significant market share and presence in Asia. They have engaged us to support in recruiting for a Junior Talent Sourcer and a Senior Talent Sourcer. Due to their rapid expansion plans in the region, the talent sourcers will play a critical role to drive the sourcing activities across the APAC region.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, the talent sourcer will play a critical role in building a talent pipeline for the business. Your main focus would be to source and uncover hidden talent across the APAC region. You will play a critical role in attracting and engaging these talents on a regional level.
- You should come with at least 4-6 years of sourcing experience focusing in technical/non-technical roles in an MNC environment.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS and G-Suite is preferred
- Ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity
- Regional experience is preferred.
