My client a Property business are looking to hire a Talent Partner on a permanent basis.
In this role you will be tasked to develop an updated Talent Acquisition strategy to attract the best talent into the business. Working alongside the wider HR function you will also be creating a development programme for senior staff within the business . You will be utilising digital hiring channels to increase brand awareness for applicants.
To carry out this role you must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering candidate attraction strategies. You must be confident using cloud- based Talent Systems and LinkedIn. You must be a solutions orientated problem solver who is passionate about the EVP.
