Reporting into the Head of Talent Management, you will be leading a capable and well-respected team who are responsible for the performance and promotions of all fee-earning consultants across 3 European offices, including London. Both the promotion and performance processes are intricate cycles so an exceptional and demonstrable experience of talent management and/or responsibility for a large cohort of performance reviews will stand this person in good stead. The entire HR team work so closely together and processes can often overlap so an ability to communicate with others is key. You will also stand out if you possess experience of directly managing a team during your career.
Possessing or working towards a CIPD qualification is of particular interest to my client, as is experience of a complex professional services environment.
