An internationally renowned, market leading insurance firm is looking for a Talent Management Lead to cover their various global offices. This is a great opportunity to have direct impact on the talent strategies globally and partner with senior stakeholders in a business which is of scale but where you have the ability to make a difference.
You will work closely with the business, aligning talent goals to meet commercial objectives, work strategically to ensure strong succession plans and partner closely with regional teams. Ownership of talent data and metrics, as well as building strong relationships with talent management and diversity & inclusion teams, will be core features of your role.
Your experience within talent management at both operational and strategic level will be key to your success. Ideally you will have worked within financial services (or within a similar regulated environment) on a multinational scale and have experience engaging colleagues at the senior executive level.
