About the Company
Our client, a well-established and highly stable organisation - is looking for a Talent Management Lead to join the high performing Singapore team. The current HR team is led by a strong leader and is highly experienced and collaborative. A fantastic opportunity to help build Talent Management processes and act in a standalone capacity. This role acts as a key support to the Senior Leaders.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the Talent Management Lead will be responsible for leading the efforts to build and scale the talent development function and leadership / learning programs across the countries. This role will be the primary architect of the talent framework and solutions that will be foundation to the continued success and growth of the business. You will create the overall strategy and road map to deliver on a robust talent and development agenda that is aligned with business needs; assess and transform performance management processes and systems that drive high performance and engagement throughout the organisation; drive and manage the talent review and succession planning.
This is a newly created position - as the first Talent Management professional in the business, you will be tasked to strengthen the Talent Management foundations (especially on Succession Planning) and put in a place a framework to serve the business well into the future.
