You will have the license to review and revise the current succession planning process with the view to putting your own stamp on the strategy and then make continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will work closely with leaders in the business to complete talent assessments, coach and consult on high potential employees and guide through the succession planning process.
This role also provides the opportunity to bring your analytical skills to the fore and provide critical data on talent back to the business.
In order to be successful in this position you will be a seasoned Talent Management expert having led talent strategy for a large complex organisation preferable in a sophisticated market place such as the UK, South Africa, U.S.A, Dubai etc.
With experience in design and roll out of leadership development and succession planning strategy you will be looking for your next meaty challenge in a role that offers long term security and a chance to leave a legacy
