A leading UK technology business are building a new team of talent management and learning and development business partners, to effect and drive forward change following a large restructure.
The role will have responsibilites across all aspects of talent, leadership and performance, but will require you to operate in a business partner capacity. The new team needs to be adaptable, launch projects, take into account D&I priorities, and generally build relationships with all the relevant stakeholders.
As such we are looking for someone with a level of experience in Talent Management, Performance and also L&D. This role is not a standard Learning and Development position, it is much more.
In terms of experience, it is vital that you bring a level of HRBP experience into the position. In addition, talent experience, and in addition the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and their requirements will be important to your success.
The ideal person/profile will be a really strong communicator, a superb organiser, and have the balance between HR Business Partnering, and talent and L&D experience.
The company offer hybrid working arrangements, and this role offers 2 to 3 days a week in the office. The benefits package is excellent, and the salary is extremely competitive.
