I am currently partnering with a diversified global financial services group with offices in over 30 markets who are looking for a Talent Consultant to join their innovative talent and development team. You will sit as part of the EMEA HR team and be responsible for managing a wide range of talent and learning and development initiatives.
As the Talent Consultant you will supporting on the regional implementation of global initiatives, whilst contributing to local initiatives and building and developing relationships with key business stakeholders. You will need the ability to influence and challenge as well as experience delivering on projects that align to business strategy. You will also help to manage parts of the L&D curriculum and other EMEA wide L&D activities.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience of programme design, leadership development and employee engagement. You will have a commercial approach and be able to gain credibility with senior stakeholders quickly. You will have exemplary communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience of navigating a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders across different geographies would also be highly desirable.
