The business is looking to build a team for the future, of high potential HR professionals who will deliver the HR agenda.
As a key member of the Talent & Development team you will bring innovative thinking to challenge and influence the business. The key areas of focus for this role are Leadership Development, including building a new management programme and a more senior leadership development programme. You will also own the Talent process from entry level talent (apprenticeship & school leaver programme) to their talent & succession approach.
The business is growing internationally so it's a really exciting time to join. The ideal candidate will have started off as a HR generalist, perhaps in a larger corporate, before specialising in Talent/Leadership. You will ideally have then moved into a smaller, more agile business where it's less process driven. You will be a fantastic communicator, who is able to put together great material and present information in an engaging way. You'll be organised and demonstrate strong planning and project management skills with an affinity for data that will help you influence and measure your impact.
You will ideally have experience using psychometrics and will come with an existing toolkit. It would be beneficial to have worked in a FMCG/e-commerce/digital environment.
