Through strong stakeholder management and relationship building the Talent and Development Manager designs, implements and maintains the talent management framework of this bank including tools, processes and policies. The role will play a significant part in building and shaping a blended, digital and collabarotive learning offering for the bank and have a focus on implementing a Leadership Development Cirriculum that empowers enables and engages the banks leaders to deliver on the strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will manage the Talent Management cycle, create framework and talent review processes. They will form strengths and risks and through employee engagement analyze any gaps.
Knowledge and experience of working and implementing success factors is important also.
* Degree educated
* Have a minimum of 7 years experience in Talent Management and Development as well as Leadership development
* Knowledge of Competency standards
* Hve business case development experience as well as vendor management
* Have worked for a multinational company
