I am seeking a strategic and engaging learning and talent professional who can join an organisation and take them on a journey to define and build out the learning capabilities. With a new agenda and structure being rolled out, HR is taking a more hands on approach to defining the success of this organisation.
With the business and human capital strategy starting to align this role will require somebody with an ability to impact senior leadership, shape and influence their agenda whilst taking a highly commercial approach to the business needs. If you are a down to earth and pragmatic talent/learning professional with a background defining and setting strategic goals this could be a great fit.
However, the role will require someone with a roll up your sleeves mentality and who enjoys both the operational and strategic elements which come with defining a new strategy. Working alongside a large HR function a team player and an individual who likes to collaborate is key.
