Talent Acquisition Specialist - Private Equity

Our client is a well-established Private Equity firm who is looking for a high-calibre to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The company offers internal opportunities, flexible hours and other perks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process
  • Evaluate and monitor candidate responses to advertisements
  • Organise and schedule interviews with line managers
  • Provide strategic advice and operational leadership to GM's and line managers
  • Coach and mentor line managers on their recruitment strategy
  • Partner with the business to align recruitment objectives with business strategy
  • Execute the recruitment strategy for one or more business groups

Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within professional industry
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Determined and driven
