Our client is a market leading Private Equity firm who is looking for a junior calibre to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be working with a team of 2, assisting in full spectrum of recruitment matters and coordination work. Company offers great learning opportunity and internal growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Evaluate and monitor candidate responses to advertisements
- Organise and schedule interviews with line managers
- Provide strategic advice and operational leadership to GM's and line managers
- Coach and mentor line managers on their recruitment strategy
- Partner with the business to align recruitment objectives with business strategy
- Execute the recruitment strategy for one or more business groups
Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within professional industry
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Proficiency in General Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eager to learn and take initiatives
