My client, a leading FMCG in the UK, are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to sit within their Sales & Marketing recruitment team. The role will be an initial 9 month contract (to cover maternity leave) with a possible extension and will sit within a newly formed central talent team.
The TA Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a number of sales & marketing roles, and will be managing up to 15 live roles at any one time. You will also be responsible for the recruitment administration within Sales & Marketing and will need to be familiar utilising multiple sourcing strategies including; LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee recommendations and organisation mapping. There is also a really exciting opportunity to get involved in project work with a particular focus on talent pipe lining and attracting passive candidates.
