Talent Acquisition Specialist
A boutique Asset Management firm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their London office starting in mid to late November. Owing to an increase in recruitment volumes across London (80%) and Western Europe (20%) my client has signed off this newly created role initially on an interim basis but with the potential and intention to go permanent.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment for all Front Office functions. This include all Private Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance and Asset Management. In this role you'll be responsible for everything from choosing a sourcing strategy, deciding whether to use agencies or hire directly, through to hands on CV sifting, interviewing, offering and on boarding.
This role will require a hands on recruiter that has worked in a start-up function in a small company or set up recruitment processes for a new division in a larger firm. Front Office recruitment experience is a prerequisite.
