Join this Global high performing organisation as Talent Acquisition Specialist for where you will be managing full lifecycle recruitment across specialist financial functions within the business.
Managing multiple roles your responsibilities will cover stakeholder management, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment plans, screening CV's, liaising with external Agencies, interviewing candidates as well as extending offers and contracts. Utilising their HRIS to process, manage and review all recruitment activity.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role with a global or national organisation within the financial services or professional services sector is essential where you are comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
This permanent role ideally to start ASAP but we can work with notice periods, based in Melbourne CBD.
