We are working in partnership with an exceptional leading global professional services firm who operate as trusted advisors to board level and senior management individuals on business-critical issues in firms across all sectors and industries.
Their global team is made up of 10,000+ with a strong reputation across the US and UK, they have an emerging presence across APAC with a team of 200 across Hong Kong, China, and Singapore.
With this growth in mind, they are now looking for a Talent Partner to join their professional and mature team. You will be focusing on building the business for the future operating as a relationship manager and helping to create and driving the APAC hiring strategy for the group. You will assess key sectors and geographies and pipeline candidates accordingly. You will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment, from liaising with hiring managers through to offer negotiations and acceptance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in executive search style of recruiting or working in a leading professional services firm. You will be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders independently and building long-lasting working relationships. If you have a background in Financial Services, Consulting, Legal, Energy, this would be a plus.
