My client, a media brand specialising in marketing and communications, is experiencing growth within the industry where they are amongst the leaders in their field. With over 30 offices globally and employees in the thousands covering specialist areas, the brand are looking to introduce an additional Talent Acquisition Partner into their team.
Having experienced a period of growth, they are dedicated to finding a great new addition to the team who shares their vision and way of working. With a focus on offering a high level of service to your hiring managers, you will build relationships with stakeholders in order to understand the hiring needs of the division, while advising on the hiring process and providing regular market updates.
You will provide a smooth and professional candidate experience to both external and internal candidates, looking at new hires as well as internal mobility. Utilising direct sourcing methods, you will build candidate pools, engaging the best talent in the market to ensure all hiring needs can be met.
The ideal candidate for this role will have worked in a mid to large sized organisation, with experience in volume recruitment and want to grow and develop not only themselves, but the team around them
