We're working with a well-known, reputable private wealth and investment management firm based in Downtown Manhattan as they look to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner. The firm is in the midst of an exciting transformation with HR being reshaped to support the evolving needs of the business, which is poised for considerable growth looking forward. This TA Partner will be aligned very closely with the business and focused on mid to senior level hires across front and back office functions. There is another recruiter on the team who handles early career through AVP level hiring. The recruitment team will be much more closely aligned with a highly engaged and collaborative HR team.

Our client is seeking candidates with 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience. Prior experience in a related industry is required with ideal industry experience being private wealth and investment management, the asset management division of a real estate company, executive search or management consulting industry experience directly aligned with financial services. More so than industry experience, our client is seeking a TA Partner with passion for recruitment, intellectual curiosity, the ability to understand the business and their talent needs, as well as build credible, trusted relationships with the business, and someone who goes the extra mile to identify and hire the best possible talent for the role. One must be capable of negotiating complex offers. As an individual contributor, the average req load will be ~20-25 unique/niche ongoing searches. Experience managing a similar volume of searches would help make a strong case for one's candidacy. Prior experience with Workday ATS would be a plus.

Our client is currently working 100% remote, but intends to transition to a hybrid working model with an expectation of 3-4 days in office come January. Many members of the HR team came up the ranks through recruitment and have had tenure with the company. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly qualitative recruiter who wants to work as an embedded TA partner to the business in the company of a similarly embedded team of HR business partners.
