Talent Acquisition Partner

I am delighted to be working exclusively with a rapidly growing research and publishing business on their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. The private equity backed business has ambitious plans for international expansion so this is a really exciting time to join!

I am looking for a confident, dynamic Internal Recruiter to join the HR team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Reporting into the HR Director you will join a HR team of 5 as the sole recruiter responsible for the full recruitment cycle. You will be a true partner to stakeholders across the business, from discussing vacancies, defining roles and sourcing candidates.

In this role you will recruit across the business from research to head office functions including Sales, Marketing, Events, IT and Finance. They typically hire most of their roles directly (c.80%) so they will be looking for you to evidence strong direct sourcing skills. In your role you will coach managers through the recruitment process as well as get involved in projects such as implementing a new ATS and running career days. You will also be able to get involved in wider HR work including succession planning, salary benchmarking, looking at internal skills gaps and managing the company's benefits portfolio.

The business are looking for a recruiter who has existing in-house experience across corporate functions in order to hit the ground running as it is a fast paced environment and you'll be operating in a standalone recruitment capacity (although you will have the HR Director to support you!). You'll be an excellent communicator, who is able to build relationships with stakeholders across the organisation as well as provide a fantastic candidate experience to applicants during the recruitment process.

Salary: £40-50,000 + Benefits including flexible working, 25 days holiday, yoga in the office and beer & prosecco!
