Do you have experience in talent acquisition and a keen interest in fashion? My client, a luxury fashion brand, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team.
This highly regarded luxury fashion brand is known for pushing the boundaries through innovation, connecting its network of fashion admirers by creating statement and mainline pieces for their global consumer base.
With a growing team across multiple locations spanning head office and retail, you will lead on all thing's talent acquisition, partnering with the business and HR to establish hiring needs and delivering on live vacancies from briefing to onboarding. You will be working closely with the various business functions, building and strengthening relationships giving you a clear overview of various divisional commercial objectives, allowing you to proactively pipeline the best talent in the industry.
Due to recent growth it has been all hands-on deck, so they are looking for a team player who does not mind rolling their sleeves up and being proactive!
This is a company that is all about innovation and creativity, and with this being the case a proactive mindset and the ability to think creatively and apply this to the TA function is essential.
