We have an outstanding opportunity a progressive and global FinTech currently setting up their Centre of Excellence in Bucharest and urgently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Effectiveness Manager to join their Romanian COE and partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to develop new ways to improve hiring effectiveness and efficiency!

Accountabilities and Essential Job Functions

Working with hiring specialists, end users, HRs via a design-thinking and agile methodology, you will create the roadmap for the most efficient & engaging hiring process across all populations with the ultimate goal of enabling the business to diversify the talent pool while mantaining/improving the time to hire while reducing the cost to hire.

In order to achieve such an ambitious objective, you will work with the HR Operations team to scope & implement the right systems for hiring (ATS), manage the headhunter/agency preferred supplier list (PSL) and collaborate with senior hiring and supply chain teams to create a clear and measurable value throughout the business!

Furthermore, you will also manage the combined HR and business hiring global budgets, ensuring we understand status of the recruitment process and are on the right path to mantain momentum and deliver the KPIs. At the same time, you will also work with the data team to scope & measure the correct KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis, and provide insights and suggestions on how to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.

Finally, you will also be in charge of designing and managing the internal referral process to decrease the use of external providers and improve efficiency world-wide!

  • Previous trackrecord improving effiecy/effectiveness of hiring processes in a global/matrix organization
  • Analytical Mindset / Insights orientated
  • Previous experience with Cloud Tech Systems (ATS/HRIS)
  • Deeply customer orientated
  • Skilled in Stakeholder Management
  • Extremely organized
