Our client is a reputable private bank, they are looking for a high calibre to join their HR team as a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for private bankers' portfolio and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for talent acquisition and business partner activities
  • End-to-end recruitment for private banking sector
  • Provide strategic advice and operational leadership to department head and stakeholders
  • Partner with the business to align recruitment objectives with business strategy
  • Play a key role in communication between teams and units
  • Delegate and implement recruitment initiatives
  • Facilitate and negotiate PSA agreements
  • Develop service level agreements
  • Manage staff and budgets

Experience, skills and professional attributes that our client is looking for:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in Talent Acquisition within professional industry
  • Degree holder or equivalent education
  • Experience in multinational banks would be an advantage
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail minded with mature mindset
