This well-known brand is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join its dedicated people team!

With around 100 stores in the UK, they pride themselves on being creative and innovative with their designs and in their retail approach.
As the TA Manager you will over see the retail recruitment process, working closely with the TA Specialist ensuring delivery on all new hires across the retail division. You will manage all head office recruitment, directly sourcing for hard to fill roles while utilising and further building your network and talent pipeline. Focusing on EVP, you will look at how they attract talent as well as partnering with line managers on engagement projects and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have strong in-house recruitment experience across retail and head office as well as management experience of an individual or small team. Good analytical skills will set you up well for this role as you will be partnering with line managers looking at core team metrics while identifying trends to drive the performance of the brands people.
