Our client a leading Media business are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Working in a small team of 2 but sitting within a wider HR team of around 6 you will be responsible for head office recruitment across the business. You will be managing up 25 lives roles at any 1 time following the cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with key stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, negotiating rates, sourcing and vetting candidates, attending interviews and organising recruitment campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 3 years' experience working as a Recruiter in the advertising, media or marketing industries.
