We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a Talent Acquisition Manager role in their London office.
Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be working in a close-knit HR team and you will have full ownership of the internal talent acquisition function. You will be responsible for driving a direct sourcing model and for managing end to end recruitment processes across fee earner and business services populations. On top of managing the delivery of recruitment processes, you will be taking the lead on a number of strategic projects such as: implementing a new ATS, developing the firms EVP in conjunction with marketing and wider HR projects.

You will have the leadership of an outstanding Head of HR who will challenge, stretch and elevate your development. More so, you will be able to play a key role in the strategic direction of the business and their people agenda. The structure of the organisation is flat, which means your role is incredibly broad and comes with a great deal of autonomy and flexibility.
This role is permanent, full time but we are open to candidates who would like to work flexibly. Their offices are based in the heart of Central London and the culture of the office is vibrant and sociable.
This role would be an excellent next step for a capable Recruiter who is looking to take on their next challenge. This role will see you building strong relationships with a diverse group of people, including Partners and those in senior leadership positions - so your strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills will come in handy.
You will ideally need to bring at least a couple of years' experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in an internal environment but we are open to speaking with agency recruiters who are looking to take their first step internal.
