Currently working in Talent Acquisition within consumer goods? My client, a leading global consumer goods brands is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team based in London.
This highly regarded consumer brand is known for supplying high quality products on a global scale to their direct consumers. This widely recognised brand is not only known for their products but also for their focus around environmentally friendly methods of trading from concept through to delivery.
With a growing portfolio of brands, securing the best talent in the industry is imperative to the success and expansion of this much-loved brand. With three key divisions spanning marketing/ sales, operations and corporate functions, this role will manage a team of recruiters responsible for delivering hires with these areas. You will be responsible for all senior hires across these divisions as well as creating and delivering a variety of direct sourcing methodologies to ensure a pipeline of exceptional talent.
With a new ATS in place, you will continue to develop best practice and ensure candidates have a positive experience from the first point of contact, through to onboarding. This is a great role for someone wanting to develop their skills further, as you will partner closely with HR on projects around succession planning and workforce planning.
