Our client is a globally renowned Global Architecture and Design firm with exciting growth plans in the region. They have engaged us to help identify a Talent Acquisition Director for their Greater China region based out of Shanghai. The role will Partner with their HR Leadership team and Sr. Executive teams to define, implement and execute effective recruitment strategies and represent to company as a brand ambassador, marketing the firm through best in class recruitment technology and social media platforms. The role will be responsible for managing a full-cycle recruitment process, from research and sourcing through to offer management, building pipelines of both active and passive candidates from emerging talent through to Executive leadership. You'll Advise team members on competitive research and market trends while offering strategic solutions for recruitment during changing business trends. Our client offers a highly collaborative and multi-cultural workplace and are committed to providing high quality candidate experience while sourcing and attracting the most desirable candidates in their industry.
The ideal candidate will have around 15+ years of experience in related areas of the search process: staffing, sourcing and executive search (candidates with less than 15 years of experience but more than 10 years' experience who have the necessary attributes may be considered for a Manager-level role). You will ideally have experienced in recruiting for a creative firm (architecture, interior design, branding agency, etc.) and have strong experience hiring senior professionals in this space. This is a client centric business so they would love someone from a services industry who understands that the client/customer is at the heart of everything that they do. You will have depth of experience in branding and social media and have a strong track record working in a fast-paced environment while managing changing deadlines.
Our client is open to candidates that have both in-house or executive search experience and whilst Mandarin would be preferred, expats that are currently based in China and working within this sector will also be considered.
