This market leading, global MNC is seeking a proactive, passionate and driven talent acquisition advocate that can help to establish the Talent Acquisition function in the region.

There is a global investment in talent which means that this indivdual will have the opportunity to really have an impact on desiging and delivering on the talent acquisition strategy to help facilitate the continued growth of the business.

There is a real appetite to 'raise the bar' and you will be encouraged to partner with your peers and marketing team on employer branding and really be creative in how you can attract the top talent in the market to the organisation.

Leading a large team you will be an experienced manager who has a real interest in improving existing processes and also spending time to coach and develop your own team.

This is a highly visible and high profile role which will be ideally suited to someone who has previous experience in both blue & white collar recrutiment, who wants to work for a business that is really investing in the talent acqusition function and wants to give you the tools to succeed.

With an open and inclusive culture worldwide you will engage with stakeholders who are wanting your advice and will listen to recommendations, mostly! With regional responsibilities this role will require travel, it will be up to this individual to decided how much and when but as someone who places value in building relationships in person, they'll no doubt be booking trips upon arrival.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition who has a proven track record of success in a sizeable MNC environment, ideally with blue collar and technical recruitment background.
