With over 1000 employees accross various key locations, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for your business area, recruiting for both head office and field-based positions within this remit. You will work closely with hiring managers, establishing what the hiring needs of their departments are, drafting job descriptions and taking the role to market. Completing a variety of methods including direct sourcing, job boards, social media and networking, you will recruit for live roles as well as build a pool of top talent for future positions within the brand. Utilising your recruitment skills, you will have a cost-effective way of working and try to reduce agency spend where possible.

Strong coordination and organisational skills are essential for this role in order for you to succeed. To be successful in this role, you will have end to end recruitment experience in your current role, within a volume capacity, preferably recruiting for a range of roles. Strong stakeholder management is essential, as is the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Working with external stakeholders is also a large part of this role, building relationships with universities and local job centres to secure emerging and established talent.
