Join this Global well performing organisation as Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 12 month contract where you will be managing full lifecycle recruitment across various functions within the business.
Managing multiple roles your responsibilities will cover stakeholder management, advertising vacancies, developing recruitment plans, screening CV's, interviewing candidates as well as extending offers and contracts. Utilising their HRIS to process, manage and review all recruitment activity. You will work closely with the local Talent Acquisition team as well as with the international team for global searches and sourcing.
Previous experience in a similar Talent Acquisition role with a global or national organisation is essential where you are comfortable in a strategic sourcing role with senior stakeholders but also in a transactional end to end recruitment role.
This 12 month contract is ideally to start ASAP based in the Northern suburbs, where there is onsite parking and is close to public transport, and offers flexible working arrangements.
