About Our Client
Our client is a US company in the marketing/advertising industry which provides business network solutions to their customers. They are current market leaders in what they do and over the years, they have always been highly agile to adapt to the ever-changing landscape. Under the renewed leadership 3 years ago, they have turned the Singapore business into a highly profitable entity and is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting directly to the MD of Asia, your role will encompass the full range of talent acquisition activities, from sourcing all the way till offer and stakeholder management. Additionally, you will also be tasked with other key initiatives such as employer branding, creation of more streams of talent pools and to look into the continuous retention and attraction strategies of the organization. Given that it will be a one-man show, you will also be tasked with various other HR generalist duties with the support of Finance but essentially, the role will be more talent acquisition focused.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, you should possess a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a good mix of both in-house and agency set-up. If you do come with some generalist experience, it will be highly advantageous. The organization is still unstructured and hence someone who came from a family-business or an unstructured business will fit well culturally into the business. They will need someone with the maturity and possess the energy to manage the pace of the business. Ideally, you should be someone who is able to think outside of the box, possess the right levels of ideation, be strong communicator and able to work in a highly collaborative environment.
