Our client, a fast growing international service provider is looking for a
Talent Acquisition Business Partner (m/w/d) in Cologne or Berlin (80% remote)
- Managing and leading the end-to-end recruitment process for the DACH market for roles from entry-level to Directors.
- Recruitment of engineering, IT, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and manufacturing roles.
- Working closely with clients and become a trusted recruitment advisor
- Sourcing candidates using different channels
- Stablishing and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and clients
- Identify possible improvements in the recruitment process
- Managing client expectations
- Understaking market mapping projects
- Support implementation service
- Minimum of three years of recruitment experience
- Previous experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes within the DACH region
- Experience in high volume recruitment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Fluency in German and English is required
