Are you used to working in large matrixed environments, driving challenging and varied recruitment processes and working hand in hand with your senior stakeholders? My client is an investment bank/NGO who are looking to bring in a low-ego and engaging recruiter to handle EMEA client groups across the business. With the bank also operating in somewhat of an NGO capacity, the internal stakeholders are extremely diverse and complex so will require a strong level of client management and EQ.
As a business the client is circa 3000 employees across 70 countries, so a background working in a spread out business will be key. You will navigate clients such as technology, banking and corporate functions with a focus on building relationships and pushing out the employer brand.
With an international culture it will be key that you have an understanding of cultural complexities and have worked closely with a collection of diverse leaders. This is a role starting ASAP and will need to hit the ground running.
