Are you interested in finding the best talent in the market for a leading Music & Entertainment brand? If so, I have a Talent Acquisition Advisor opportunity that could be right up your street!

The brand, established in 1811 as a music and instrumental shop in London has now grown to be one of the most recognised players in the entertainment industry. Ensuring they have the best resources to excel in the industry, this brand is investing in a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team.

With over 3,000 employees accross various key locations, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for the UK and wider Europe for all entry - mid level positions including their prestigious internship programme. You will work closely with hiring managers, establishing what the hiring needs of their departments are, drafting job descriptions and taking the role to market. Completing a variety of methods including direct sourcing, job boards, social media and networking, you will recruit for live roles as well as build a pool of top talent for future positions within the brand. Utilising your recruitment skills, you will have a cost-effective way of working and try to reduce agency spend where possible.

Working for a brand of this calibre is demanding and fast paced, just like the industry, so strong coordination and organisational skills are essential for this role in order for you to succeed. To be successful in this role, you will have end to end recruitment experience in your current role, within a volume capacity, preferably recruiting for creative roles but this is not essential. Strong stakeholder management is essential, as is the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

The team here is very close and works collaboratively allowing you to access a wealth of knowledge and enable you to closely shadow and learn from them while offering your support, and proactively representing the Talent acquisition function.
