My client a retail business based in North West London are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor on an initial 3 month contract that could extend. To carry out this role you will ideally have experience recruiting in the marketing sector.
Working in a team of 4 you will be managing around 10-15 live roles- following the cycle from shortlist to induction. You will be leading managing the resourcing needs of the business through effective attraction, selection and induction processes. You will be working alongside stakeholders to conduct competency and case study interviews. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with stakeholders and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. You will be a strong sourcing specialist who can utilise multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards and referrals) in order to secure the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and can either come from an agency or in-house background.
