Talent Acquisition Advisor. Northamptonshire. £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus, benefits and Hybrid working on offer
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will report into the HR Director and will be accountable for delivering an effective and cost-efficient recruitment service for the company. Working closely with the HR and Recruitment team, you will develop and implement a highly effective recruitment solution across the UK. You will be responsible for the complete 360 recruitment process as well as playing a leading part in the wider talent acquisition strategy. This is a fast paced and varied role that will enable you to recruit a wide range of positions across the business including HR, Sales, IT, Finance and general management. You will be responsible for managing circa 20 live roles at any give time. In order to attract the best talent you will need to produce compelling job adverts, use several sourcing techniques across Linked In and various job boards to build a talent pipeline and utilise referrals to identify future talent. Whilst they are looking for someone to employ direct hire methodology you will also need to evaluate staffing vendors and make recommendations on vendors usage and spend.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background working for a recruitment agency or inhouse, be able to assess a candidates capability against the job requirement and have comprehensive knowledge of search functions and Boolean
