About the client
Our client a multiple award-winning technology leader that connects, analyses and digitalizes the healthcare ecosystem within Singapore. They are currently looking to grow aggressive in Singapore and hence looking to expand their team within Singapore. They are currently looking out for a strong TA candidate to meet their hiring goals.
Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will need to understand the hiring needs in depth and partner closely with the hiring managers and stakeholders to develop different sourcing and hiring strategies. By doing so, you will be able to successfully fulfill the business's recruiting needs. While you are sourcing, you will be required to identify, attract and close candidates that are aligned with the hiring plans. In addition, you will also be required to develop an efficient hiring process to ensure that you can deliver candidates that meets the hiring goals.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate ideally would require at least 5 years of TA experience with a bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related field. It would be excellent if the candidate has strong interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively. In addition, it will be ideal with the successful candidate has prior experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages and worked in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
